Real books for your own money.
Kenledge keeps your personal finances the way an accountant keeps a company's: double-entry books, reconciled bank statements, a budget, your investments, and reports you can print. Leave your email address and we will tell you when it launches.
What Kenledge Does
Every Entry Balances
Double-entry books, the kind accountants keep. A template for a paycheck, a card payment, a loan payment, or a transfer writes both sides of the entry for you.
Reconciled Bank Statements
Bring in a bank or card statement as a CSV, OFX, Excel, or PDF file, or a picture of one, review each row, and check it off against the bank until the difference is zero.
Reports You Can Print
A Balance Sheet, an Income Statement, a Cash Flow Statement, Spending by Category, Budget vs. Actual, and the General Ledger, on paper or as a PDF or spreadsheet.
Built by a CPA
Every company keeps a real set of books. A CPA wanted the same at home, and Kenledge is the result: double-entry books in plain words, with templates for what happens every month and a Close the Month page that lists what is left to check before the month is locked.
Your books are synced between your devices through Kenledge's cloud, encrypted on your device first so that no one at Kenledge can read them, and you can export them at any time. Every copy includes a practice book to try things in. Kenledge is coming to Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, and the browser.
